Week 2 Weigh In

This week I didn't try nearly as hard, ate more food (but still kept it within reason) and actually lost MORE weight than last week! Go figure! Last week was 2.6 pounds...this week was 3.6 pounds. Yay!

I couldn't find an email to contact you....you visited my blog about a card that I made. I left a comment for you. I also wanted you to know that I joined Weight Watchers on October 17th and have lost 22.2lbs since then. I am on the core plan and don't eat anything with white flour in it. Please keep your blog updated I would love to see your progress. I almost quit at chirstmas and was scared to go weigh in, I gained back 3.2lbs. I was very depressed and ate nachos and salsa most nights and most days had at least 2biscotti with my coffee or tea. I weighed in tonight and she said I lost 4lbs! what? I told her the scale must be broke, I have no idea how that happened. But if means staying away from white bread and pasta and only drinking skim milk and using 'stevia' instead of sugar...then I'm going to keep trying. Maybe we can be weight loss buddies, I'd like that.

Good for you! I'm an -aholic too and I completely understand. I am considering WW. Lots of people at work are doing it, but it's not cheap. I am looking at the online version ... but worry if I can really do it. I'm glad to read about your success. And, yes, it is a success!

Jane, anxious to know how things are going. I love your idea about ribbon in a rain gutter. Would love to see a pic. That is my kind of thinking.
